Same happens to me, they cancel the order, don`t deliver the tickets and no refund, I do not understand after three years of frauds and they are still online. I have write to Consumer Protection of Andorra...and no response. I do know if I will recover my money, but maybe, we can organize and contact media ( newspapers, TV...).
