They cancel my order in July 2018 and did not even reimburse my credit card
I made an order on 7/30/18. As I have not heard from them,I contacted customer service to wonder why I took so long to get the pillows. I was told that they are in short supplies. I will receive them sometime in October or November.Today, 11/05/18,I tracked my order, and to my surprise,I was told that I submitted a request to cancel. I never made a request to cancel,as I am still waiting for my order. They have not reimbursed my credit card. We should look for an attorney to file a class action suit for this company. They don't even have the address to be contacted. I really don't remember how I did to speak with a rep.
