There is not enough room for all the mistakes that Frosch and their agent made! The company know all my complaints and that I want a refund. It was a July 6-13 NCL cruise around the Hawaiian islands plus 4 night with 2 rooms per night at theRoyal Hawaiian Hotel, plus multiple Platinum Limo transfers. It was our 50th Anniversary Trip that included 5 people. Shame on Frosch! We paid for a 2 bedroom suite and got one room with a big bed, a sofa that the back folded down to make a bed, and a Murphy bed that folded down from the wall. It was a fire trap with only a small pathway in some areas that led to the door. Did I say it was our 50th Wedding Anniversary Trip??? There is no doubt that the mistakes were made by Frosch and their agent. I was told that the president of Frosch Leisure was going to call me over 2 weeks ago. That call never was made — — not a big surprise! I want a refund!!! Shame on Frosch!!!
