I received the ear go hearing aids and immediately realized that over the phone guidance to understand how they worked was not going to help. I immediately requested the return label so that I can ship them back. They insist that I talk to their sales people. I have only had them for about 10 days and I want to send them back. I never even took them out of the case. User's recommendation: Don't buy these if you are new to hearing aids.
