Update by user Oct 29, 2018 Secretmeds have never been in touch to put this right.I made an identical order and they were asking for payment so i told them the date i had sent the cash originally. well they did not like that and i just never hear from them. i did get tired of emailing them multiple times daily. I tried so much like saying losing the £55 was such a big deal, which it is. I said i coudnt cope and was crying every day. I begged and said they were heartless to treat people like this. I have not been in touch as whats the point, they are the winners. I did tell them that if they could send the order i would be a great customer. I dont even know if they still exist. I got sent a random email originally. The site looked good and promised next day delivery. I wish i had researched more. I think the problem was that they had run out of stock but were still taking orders. I know a couple of people got their orders but i noticed this was in 2017. To me it doesn"t make sense to have a business, deliver some and keep the cash on others. Original review posted by user Sep 29, 2018 order 290 on 28/8. I sent £55 by bank transfer same day. One email stated they had to wait for payment to be cleared and authorised. After this i have never heard from them again. All my emails have simply been ignored. I have asked for either my order or a refund but just no response from them. The site claims your order will be sent quickly and that you can contact them 24/7. But the contact page on the site is blank and the phone service is out of service. I am completely frustrated, angry and upset. Just after placing this order i noticed that on the site it stated that what i had ordered was out of stock, i would have been happy to wait in this instance. About a week later they obviously now had stocks so i was emailing asking for my order to be sent but i still continued to be ignored This site is complete rubbish and do not order unless you want to lose your money. Like most people i cannot afford to lose £55 and i am beyond pissed off that they feel it is ok to just steal cash from people. Amanda Robinson
