They are taking payments for something I no longer want

It is impossible to contact anyone from worldpay, I wish to cancel my agreement with them but I am finding it impossible. They are not accepting my email on the form and yet they are emailing me. I feel that it is a con. User's recommendation: Do not use worldpay.
