They are slow and poor customer service

I own a Thermadore Microwave/Warming Drawer/Oven It is a built in unit all one Complete unit. In the wall cabinet. Well the microwave went out and they cannot find the part to repair it. So they are offering me 200.00 dollars or a GE Microwave as a replacement. Why would they think it’s ok to put a GE in the middle of my Thermadore 3 piece unit. And who can buy a microwave for 200.00.. The replacement microwave costs 800.00 plus tax plus installation. They have offered nothing that is acceptable!! Run as fast as you can from this company!! Very unethical!!! Need I say more. They actually sent out a appliance technician that does not even repair Thermadore.. why would a company do that!! They are quick to take your money but not repair anything!! Run Forest Run!!!
