I worked with Teleflora as one of their filling florists. They have made so many errors with my statements, I finally got out of it. When an error is made in this company, you generally get it back 30-90 days later. Whatever rule they come up with. Ex.- I received a book (that I did not order) that teleflora had come up with and said it was mandatory for every florist to have it. It costs 250$. Our shop does not offer 1 item in any of these books . I called to discuss this 250$ book with them. They actually opened up a book department just for the complaints about the book. After discussion, they sent a pickup ticket and were not going to charge us since we offer nothing in the book!!!! They charged me $90 every month for 3 months. After they charge, they refund it to you on the next statement. Then they charge again and refund it on the next statement and so on. 15,000 members are REQUIRED TO HAVE THIS. That is over 3.75 million dollars for a book!!!!!!!!!! There are over 15,000 members. Imagine if you did that to only 10%. The money sitting in their interest bearing accounts would be quite a bit. They basically play with their members money, terrible customer service and well thought out plans to charge fees for everything and anything. A truly terrible experience. There was not a day that went by that I did not tell myself I need cut my ties with these crooks. Take my advice, thoroughly investigate them before signing on. You will be sorry if you do.
