I ordered a Christmas present for my mom a pair of boots that she already had so I purchased them in a different color. It’s now a week after Christmas and she told me the boots are big on her. I called to return them. They told me it’s been more than 30 days and the company doesn’t have a Christmas return policy. So I would have to take a credit and to return a pair of shoes that in my opinion are defected and not true to size I would have to pay my own shipping to return. I couldn’t even purchase them In a smaller size because they don’t have them in stock. So now I’m left with a merchandise credit and I have to pay shipping to return a defected item and if I apply my credit towards a new item I have to pay shipping again ...... I told the customer service rep that I was stuck with a credit and I didn’t feel comfortable ordering from them again and she didn’t seem to care. She tried to tell me they were a new model of the same shoe. I said to her that’s fine but if I’m ordering a shoe ..... I’m going to order my size not a size smaller or bigger. It was a waste of a phone call and my time. I would not order from them again ... think twice .
