They are not dealing with the problem

I had deposited a chq at the van der walt str branch pta and the cashier said he would clear it immediatly. This morning I went to our co-op just to find that this was not the case. We phoned card division and got a reference [protected] but got cut of when I asked to change my telephone number. Needless to say I had to call back. Again 20 questions, it costs money, and I got transferred to the limits department where the person on the other side was not very willing to help and again 20 questions furtherand 16 munites later when I enquired about my number change the phone goes dead. Now they say they record these conversations so please listen to them. I phone back again to try and clear the situation so I can do my purchase as this chq was a bank chq issued to me. I would suggest the following give us all 13 cultures a chance too choose the tongue we would like to speak with and all this frustration would end as we do not hear the same. Please advise me soonest when my money will be available to me as I have to have by law have an account so the bank can debit my account with costs and so make a living.
