They are just ripping off as many as they can until they get cut off

I ordered a camera on 12/27/11. Their site says it shipped the same day but the UPSMI tracking number they provided still shows no information 3 weeks later. I have tried to contact them multiple times (their "LIVE CHAT" has been offline for the past 3 weeks) and have yet to even get the courtesy of a response. I have ordered numerous times from them with no problem but this experience makes me wonder if they're not going out of business and just ripping off as many as they can until they get cut off.
