They give you the option when you finance with them to write a monthly check or set up automatic drafts. I set up the draft and after about a year I sent a lump sum payment to pay them off. But the next month they drafted my account again causing an NSF to occur. They said it was my fault because i was the one who set up the auto draft it was up to me to cancel it. Something no one in that company explained. I was also told that my refund would come in 3 to 5 business days. But after speaking to one the idiot supervisors who I pissed off, he told me I had to wait 6 to 8 weeks. User's recommendation: dont ever use agua finance.
