I am not happy at all with this company. They just took over our jail and they have no clue as to what they are doing. The person that was supposed to train me in the computer system knew as much as me. She doesn't use this system in her jail and had 4 hours training to train me WTH? They are rude and mean to all of us in top of not knowing what they are doing. Omg! Administration is clueless and do not introduce themselves. Nice leadership!
