They haven't transferred the status of my account over, despite me no longer being a minor (for 10 years now) and will not pick up the phone. The few times they have picked up the phone, they have given different instructions, none of which worked. I genuinely think that the company is scamming people because they are otherwise absurdly inept. I have lost thousands in dividends and have not been able to access my account to make any trades or changes. 1 out of 20 times if I call, someone will pick up. Otherwise I will leave a voicemail and it never gets answered. They are a terrible, dishonest company. I don't know how they are still in business--oh wait, because they have everyone's money and isn't giving it to them!
