Update by user Jul 06, 2015 Great news I got my money back, I had paid through PayPal and they went after Ewigs who had no choice but to refund me. Hard way to learn a lesson, never again but thanks to reviews left by unhappy customers. If u paid through PayPal try it and good luck xx Original review posted by user Jun 05, 2015 I ordered my wig on 19th May cancelled order on 20th May having looked at reviews. I paid £79 now they are telling me I have to pay a minimum cancellation fee of 40% for the preparation of the wig ? they didn't have time to prepare anything, so angry at being taken by these people they are thieves. Their contact number is false, their email addresses (about 5/6) are also false and they are out to take your money SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL BE TAKEN. My last hope is Paypal and they are looking into it for me fingers crossed, Marion
