They publicly promise to "take down" articles that might violate your privacy. And after you complete the steps they request, they do nothing -- literally nothing at all. I have sent several emails requesting that they do as they promised, and they ignored them. They clearly don't care whatsoever if they honor their public commitments. I strong suggested that consumers stay away from them, as they have an F rating from the BBB. Yes -- and F rating! They received this terrible rating because they have treated customers and consumers in terrible way --- and don't follow what they promise. The complaints against them are numerous and can be found on multiple other sites. So as they say, buyer beware!
