I contacted them 8/10/2017 and asked when I would get my watch. "Mike" said 2-3 weeks. In November 2017 they said "We will have information for you soon." In 2/2018 after I called several times a day they said " Oh sorry we were closed for Chinese New Years- call March 2, 2018.' I called left all my information and they blocked my phone number and didn't respond to me Anytime I call and reference my order number they block the new number and they NEVER respond to emails. They say they would never cheat a customer but they did. They are Crooks- Save your money go to someone else!!!!!!!! I Can't even get a simple email they just ripped me off and are hiding. They are Not a good company at all.
