The number that they gave me to use never worked at all. I asked for a refund. They emailed me that they would give me a partial refund. I told them I didn't think that was fair because the number never worked. Told them I wanted a full refund. They sent me an email saying okay they would give me a full refund. They didn't do that. I filed a complaint with my credit card company. They contested it and say they did nothing wrong. Now I have to send copies of the emails to my credit card company. I am out $48 and never got anything for it. I'm following up because I don't want them to be doing this to other people . They are liars and cheats. I got NO products I got NO services all I got was a bill. And I have no idea why this ridiculous happy face is on this note. I didn't put it on here but... It will not come off. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
