they arbitrarily closed my account and kept my $17.00 paid credit and will not reply

First, check the below: Have you allowed enough time for the email to arrive? It can take up to 30 minutes after submitting your details before you receive the Password token email. Have you checked your junk or spam folders? Sometimes our emails are mistaken for spam and end up in your junk or spam folders instead. Are you receiving your other emails? If you have reached the storage limit on your email account, the Password token email may be delayed. Is your ISP (Internet Service Provider) blocking email traffic from Skype? Check that your ISP allows emails from Skype. Is Skype on the list of senders that you consider safe to receive emails from? If you use your email account’s Safe Senders/Safe Recipients list, make sure that you have added the @notifications.skype.com email domain to your list. If you have checked all of the above and still have not received your Password token email, try resending your request at: http://www.skype.com/go/forgotpassword Next, try: Clear cache and cookies of your Internet Explorer If clearing your cache does not resolve the issue, try to use a different browser or device with a different IP address. Please take note that the Password Token expires after three hours. Lastly: To reset the password, refer to the steps below: Click on this link. Enter your primary email address and click Continue. You will be sent an email with a temporary code to reset your password. Check your inbox if you received the email from Skype. If you can’t find it in your inbox, remember to check your junk or spam folders. The email can take up to 30 minutes to reach you and it must be used within three hours.
