I am so disappointed in this store. I have been numerous times and each time was bad in its own. I don’t know why I kept going back to sell my clothes, but after this experience I will never come back. Right off the bat I got no “hello” or “how are you” when entering the store. All I heard from the employees was them calling DIBS on clothes!!!!! Even the manager is guilty of these and every worker was talking about the clothes they wanted when looking at clothes people brought in. Now to the story: I brought SEVERAL nice purses. I’m talking Michael Kors, Dooney and Burke, Vera Bradley, and several others. I also brought two very cute of UNWORN shoes, and a couple nice clothing items. I was sure I was going to get a load of cash!! Turns out they only offered me $20 for a MK purse and 2 pairs of shoes. I then ask why my other items weren’t taken, and the employees told me it was due to overstock, so that makes sense to me. I then tell her “you know what, I think I’m going to pass, I’d like my items back” And as soon as I said this the girl opens her til. She went to ask the manager what to do. The manager was a young Hispanic dude, and he told me the sale was finalized. I told him that I hadn’t even gotten my cash yet!! He said it was final and I would have to BUY my stuff back!!!! So he said it would be $40 for the purse etc. I was horrified and had to argue with him for about 5 minutes to try and get my stuff back. There was no way in *** when I hadn’t even SIGNED the receipt YET!!! (which I pointed out to him that it said “I agree to selling my stuff” he then gave me attitude and finally after several attempts he let me have my stuff back, but with lots of attitude and acting like a fool with his arms and mad he didn’t get his way. Not to mention during all of this the employees have nothing better to do than just stare and watch this conversation. I will not be going back to this place. Bottom line: If I have not received CASH for my items and if I have not SIGNED a receipt- do NOT tell me that I cannot have my stuff back. Freaking ridiculous
