I have received financing though multiple lenders VW Finance(Audi), Toyota Finance as well as personal loans and credit lines. I have 100k+ in available credit and own a home. I purchased a used Jeep two years ago between Christmas and New Years because we needed a truck for a trip. It was a used car shop on LI. Chase would not finance because the value of the car was 1000 less than dealer was willing to sell for. So they chose GateWay. I did not care at the time. I have only spoken to theses people a handful of times in two years. They like to use the sentence "This is not your car". This is the worst choice. A higher up needs to explain to the staff that this sets a terrible tone with the customer.
