These Updates are Screwing up Everything

I went and paid my bill in May and zeroed out my account, and was put on the DV list for free tolls, I get in the mail that I owe waaay more than (Remember Free Tolls for DV) I should, which is zero. They are saying that they are updating the system and well these updates suck!! User's recommendation: Keep up with these fools!!
