I have ordered a photo book from www.winkflash.com and it was birthday present for my grandmother! It was her 80 year birthday and I was responsible for the book. Unfortunately my order never arrived and these guys messed everything up. I had to think of another present and I was extremely disappointed. Later I contacted them and asked for a refund and they agreed! I was surprised they said yes, but that was just another scam. I will never deal with them again, these people are the worst ever!
