I've ordered a pair of shoes and when my order was already placed I found out I did a mistake and picked the wrong size. I immediately contacted customer service and asked for help. Their rep said that it was already too late for any changes. I contacted them about 5 minutes after I made my order! www.shoes.com representative said that they were not able to help because my order was already in process! Are you kidding me? Only 5 minutes passed!! They refused to help, refused to cancel my order! These people are terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone!
