Ordered an item that appeared in stock on their website. I was given the runaround for 2 months. I received comments such as "it is coming in next week", it will be here in 4weeks", "the item got stuck in customs". VERY frustrating as they charge before they ship! I couldn't take it anymore and after 8 weeks requested that they cancel the order and refund my payment immediately. Then it was another several days before they would send my refund (which they did via PayPal...not sure why my original form of payment was not credited). The item I ordered continued to show "IN stock" throughout my ordeal and to this day still shows as "in stock". These people are not to be trusted.
