Bought a Jar of planters Peanut (16 oz. lightly salted). I found a foreign object in the Jar. Ugly looking 1 3/4 inch long who knows what in the Jar. Called Kraft customer service to report the failure of their quality control so that no one else is freaked out by this *** looking thing in their Jar. Spent approximately 20 minutes on the phone with them. They asked me to send a picture of the foreign object along with some other information, which I did. Total time spent to help straighten them out was over 35 minutes. My reward for this effort was a coupon for 1 replace Jar worth about $2.50 where I shop. What a bunch of cheap and ungrateful SOBS!! User's recommendation: Buy any other Brand of Peanuts!
