These guys sent me defective merchandise, so they sent me an RMA, then I get an email accusing me that I broke the material and they would not exchange it. Kind of funny how the product was not working out of the box. It is also real funny that they said I used a plastic clip to bend a metal gun. I am doing a chargeback after they sent me a nasty email and I reported them to the BBB.org. Do your homework, these guys had many complaints at the bbb.org and the bbb rep told me they have opened an investigation at the attorney generals office on this company already. I guess this company has a lot of complaints at the Ohio Attorney Generals office and they are monitoring this company closely.
