THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT, and all my money was gone for two months. the bank did not try to contract me to see what was going on. I did hear from bank when it was over drawen, and my money
a company that I did not Authorize to take money from my account. when I got a bank statement in December I called them, They where suppose to stop taking money, and put the money back. My bank card expired in December 2018. so I was not able to check if the money was returned. then I received a letter from the bank saying that my account was overdrawen and I had 14 days to put my in my account to cover it. but, they had not sent my bank card. And I had e mailed them about the card. and I had not gotten another bank statement until the 17th of January. So I sent another e mail to the bank, I stopped my auto deposit, this way my money would not be taken. And I e mail the bank and told them to close my account. the bank did not help me at all. I was using the Branch in Scottsdale.
