I'm at one of your stores and walked out the door and my entire cup of ice cream is 100% melted. The temperature in the store is extremely high and hot and I was totally disgusted with what I saw. User's recommendation: Do not go anywhere near the one in the Palm Beach outlet malls! They gave me a glass of milk instead of scoops of ice cream!
