I had safelink for like seven or eight years the phone was unlocked and said it was mine to keep so now that I need Services again with SafeLink they deny me of a free government phone because I was already issued a phone one phone per household well the phone I have is so outdated you cannot do anything with it it doesn't go on internet it doesn't take pictures you can't upload documents for medical reason nothing and part of features don't even work anymore but now they're saying I still can't get a phone but I can't talk to anybody try to type it live agent and you get it it's all big run around SafeLink got free government phone for people who are need of it for certain things doctors whatever and you can't even get one you can't even get ahold of nobody I can't call nobody I don't have a phone. I'm using my neighbor's right now but I'm not going to use her phone all day long I was on hold one time for like 30 minutes and then got disconnected they need to do something with their service customer service something anything User's recommendation: Don't go with safelink.
