Just was talking to a lady named Paula about my scanner not working and she wants me to buy into the subscription. I dont need the subscription because my software is working just fine, I needed help with the scanner. All Paula could talk about was buying a subscription. She would not duscuss anything else then hung up on me. This is the kind of company you will be dealing with!! BUYER BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM NEAT!!!! If you are not paying monthly they will not help. You also will find there are no phone numbers on their webpage, anywhere. I had to Google Neat customer serive to get the number. There are many other companies out there that offer better products, help and a phone number to reach customer service with English speaking people. This is by far one of the worst companies with customer service I have ever had to deal with. User's recommendation: RUN AND GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU DO NOT GET ANY HELP!!! THEN HUNG UP ON!
