There is NO customer service at Iceland Express

Airline attendant dropped a briefcase on my head and upon landing at airport did NOT do anything or leave her contact information. After my sister chased the team down when she saw them exiting depature gate, they left with us with a name and phone number of the luggage contractor. Useless! I tried to contact the airline directly to file complaint. After 1hr 45 minutes on phone, decided to email complaint. The customer rep said he'll follow up with what happened, I tried emailing and contacting his email address and the general Iceland Express email to see what the update was. And, surprise, no response at all. It's sick and sad that they don't care about their customers or want to take responsibility for their incompetence. I strongly advise you to avoid them if you want safe and happy travels.
