There is no actual customer service, just title

In the Overland location I was charged wrong price for the items. It happens in the evening May 11, 2019. There was no way to refund me my money same day. I was embarrassed by lack of help from “manager” from “customer service” or lady who was working on self-checkout area. I had similar problem before, but I was helped.
