This is the main reason why I keep on using this hosting. I am not so tech-savvy, so proper tech support is a must for me. I have been using their services for 3 months so far. And I turned to their support team three times. I had problems with plugins. Every time they solved an issue within an hour. And they explained in simple phrases what was wrong. Also, I had some problems with WordPress and they gave a couple of worthy tips. Now, my website runs swiftly. Thanks a lot!

Yeah, Their tech specialists are dreadful terrible, because the site is periodically unavailable and no one does anything to fix it.
