I recently visited the website www.chihuly.com, where I read the blog of Dale Chihuly. I wanted to visit his Studio. I found the phone number on the website and called them. I spoke with the lady, but she was rude and impolite. She refused to help me and didn’t answer to my questions; she simply hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. Their services and attitude are horrible. It might be a good idea, if people wrote about their experience with this Studio.
