Their lack of service lead to my kitchen flooding.

I had A. McKenna come to do several plumbing repairs. Install a new kitchen faucet, put the old one into the laundry room, replace a pressure valve in the basement, stop a toilet from rocking and unstop the bathtub drain. The toilet was barely rocking; more like wiggling. I just knew it was not going to get better and wanted it fixed before it got noticeably rocking and broke. They removed the toilet and reinstalled it with a shim. I went downstairs, my armchair on the ground floor is about 8 feet from the location of that toilet. I heard a large BANG. Something heavy was dropped and I was concerned when the house shook. When the job was finished, the person in charge pointed out that the toilet rocking back and forth "must have chipped an egg sized piece of porcelain from the front of the toilet' , when actually, his assistant installed it and broke it. I have had a plumber in since then that said it would take the force of dropping the toilet to break it like that. The bathtub drain has a crosshair target stopper and he said he couldn't snake it. I went to fill the tub to pour in some Liquid Drain Cleaning Product through standing water to clear the bathtub drain; which was not draining at all after he left. It was 10 days before Christmas and I was very busy and distracted. I went downstairs to get the Chemical and then forgot and left the water on in the bathtub. At that point - I went out of the house. The water was running for at least 40 minutes. When I came back into the house, the bathtub, which I had asked to have snaked, had flooded all three floors of the house. I called the fire department to deal with the flood. One of the firemen used a plunger and cleared the tub IMMEDIATELY. A. McKenna never attempted to even try to fix it that way! I have now put my house back together. A. McKenna said they would order a new toilet. I have not heard from them. They also blamed the toilet breaking on the rocking. The plumber from the restoration company told us that was not possible, it needed to be dropped, which it was, by A. McKenna's assistant. The toilet was a one year old toilet which had just been purchased. I want it replaced. It's the least they can do after not fixing the bathtub being stopped up, which led to my house flood.
