Their customer service is the worst I have seen in years

two hours and sixteen minutes on hold and they have not answered yet! I give up. If you mail payments for cobra they take days or a week. If you pay on line they charge you 20 bucks for each month and you can't pay ahead. They did not notify me of the a premium increase and i had to pay online again and be charged another 20 bucks. The chat person hung up on me as I was researching her question. THEY SUCK! each time I have tried to call and its been several I can't get through to anyone and they can't help me. do NOT use this company
