Their customer service is only in name.

I'm very unhappy with the customer service I received when the order I placed on Feb 7th was never processed. When I called, they said they would express ship a new order to me, however, it took 3 days to get to me and I had to go out and buy a package of replacement pods which cost me $25. When I called customer service to let them know, they said because they expressed shipped my order, that's all they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and said she understood but there was nothing she could do and basically thanked me for my service and then hung up on me. All I was asking for was some form of discount on my next order to compensate me for the cost I incurred and the trouble. Especially with all the scrutiny this company is under, you would think that they would try and provide the best customer service for the people sticking with them.
