Their customer service is disgustingly lacking

I've called over 8 times and 2 times someone answered telling me to call back, the other 6 times, I got their stupid recording telling me that due to high call volume they are unable to take my call. They seem to have amnesia when it comes to applying your points to your winners circle acct. I have spent over $600 in the last 2 years with them and the last points added to my account was in 2014, go figure. They're deplorable and disgusting that's for sure.
