I have ordered video convertor from www.Aiseesoft.com. It stated I could get money back within 90 days. I have received the program, but I didn’t like it and the size of the converted video was bigger than I needed. I emailed the company and asked for money. I also told why I wasn’t satisfied, but the agent asked me to send them converted file and advised to download one program, which I couldn’t install. But they didn’t want to return my money.
