When I called to make an appointment to get Botox done with them for a second time and asked why I already needed it again when I had just gotten it done by them 5 weeks prior and everywhere online told me results should last 3-4 months, they told me that it was because I obviously had a fast metabolism and combined with working out I was just a person that would need Botox more regularly. I pride myself on not being so gullible usually but I have never had Botox anywhere else and assumed a medical office wouldn't lie to me. After my second treatment for Botox I missed their deadline to get touch-ups by 1 day because I misunderstood the technician when she told me how long to wait before coming in for touch ups and when I expressed that I was upset that they wouldn’t honor the free touch up bc I was one day late, especially after my first treatment only lasted a month, they told me there was nothing they could do. This is where it became my fault because I ended up going in for a 3rd treatment, even after again, the 2nd treatment only lasted about 5 weeks. After the treatment only lasted about 30 days right on the nose, my anger for feeling like I was being ripped off overpowered my embarrassment for getting Botox and I started *** about it to the women at my office. Come to find out, more people than I realized get Botox where I work and every single one of them said that this office clearly tampers with their shots bc none of them have ever experienced Botox results lasting such a short amount of time. They also told me that it shouldn’t hurt as much as it did nor should the technician seem as those she is racing to beat her best time every time she gives me the shots. Literally, there is no way this woman could have been accurate with where the needle was hitting me because WITHOUT EXAGGERATION she did my entire forward in less than 20 seconds. Anyone that has gone here for Botox before can vouch for this. The people who work in this office are rude with the exception of one or two people, the actual injections hurt and whatever pretending to use is not actually Botox. Please stay far away from here. It is not worth saving money if you have to go every 30 days to get it done again. PS. I will give credit where it’s due however and I must say that their air freshener is the best smelling scent I have ever encountered. That’s it. They suck at everything else but they excel at the scent of their office. Keep up the great work, guys!!
