Theft of my account

Someone got in my account and varo to varo transfered 775.99$ to their account without my knowledge or authorization. They had my phone number switched to a different phone without my knowledge. I have police report and my phone company even gave me IMEI number on the phone is was transfered to which isn't my IMEI number. And now y'all are saying there is no error that occured. And y'all closed my account. User's recommendation: Very poor. Not good.
