Theft of items

Order No. 653439 FedEx Case# C2938**** Fedex Tracking: 280484****92 Need a full refund! Fedex is breaking packages and stealing it seems. I assume you packed all of the items? I received our package. Only two items were delivered. I need a refund for the other items within a week, or you can resend FedEx Case# C2938**** User's recommendation: UPS is better at no theft in their company currently. DHL has issues of its own.
