Tired of the poor service Ive been getting from Aisles online. Items I order are listed as available; yet not in order at pickup. This time -August 7- I was approached by Employee and asked for credit card information to charge me for items that were listed as out of stock and not charged originally! This is theft! Screenshots of Out is stock items I was later charged for are included This is the only this I received (see screenshots from online order And bank charges. Do not have to Hy-Vee Omaha # 3 contact me! As they refuse to correct this issue! Theft! The last three screenshot is all I received from HyVee. Including bank account screenshots Will not be using the Aisles online again. Dont have Omaha # 3 contact me. They Dont care about correcting the issue! I just want the money or a gift card(prefered) Back from your theft! .May Have drive further to another HyVee-96th and Q or Cass Street- or your competition since HyVee cant get their act together- and steel from customers. 89 th and Center just lost a regular ( 4 to 5 times a week) Customer! User's recommendation: Avoid Aisles online!
