The worst website ever, and needs to be shut down!

If this is what I think it is, (reservations.com) they stole 50.00 dollars out of our account and when we called, they couldnt tell me why they did. I am extremely pissed and think that this website needs to be shut down. But if you have an acciunt at a bank somewhere, they should be able to get the unauthorized money back that they stole.
