They have been increasing the price of my space without notice, TAKING ADVANTAGE THAT MY ACCOUNT IS ON AUTO-PAY, I don't THINK IS FAIR! my advise, USE A MOM & POP STORAGE, DON'T USE THE CORPORATE GIANT, I've tried to reach a real person and all I get is machines. I'm dissatisfied because I've ALWAYS PAID ON TIME AND CONSISTENTLY. User's recommendation: Don't use a Corporate giant.
