This company has to be the worst shipping company ever. The communication or should I say the lack of communication is unbelievable. The company called me on a Wednesday to inform me that my order would be delivered the day after tomorrow which would be Friday between 12pm - 4pm which was great news. So the very next day (Thursday) I get a call from them saying that my order would not be delivered and that it had not even reached the delivery terminal yet. Obviously this was confusing because just 1 day prior I was contacted and the delivery date and time was set. So what happened in that 24 hours?? Why did they call to schedule a delivery if they did not have my order yet?? To make it even more confusing when I used the antiquated order tracking system it said my order had arrived in the terminal 7 days ago!!!! The customer service rep had no idea what to say to me and basically told me all I could do was get over it and wait longer.... Well I have already been waiting 3 weeks for my order to arrive and no one seems to know anything.... I wish I would have known this was the shipping company used before ordering... Had I known I would have never EVER ordered anything.
