The worst service and rip off

I ordered perfume from this company and was sent the wrong product. I returned it to them and asked for the replacement. This was August 2012. I have had terrible email comunication with them when they choose to respond and have not refunded or replaced the product to me. Something about their bank etc not responding and they would not rip me off. Well they did and I am pissed. Do not ever do business with this company. I ordered from them before without any issues, but never had to do a return. Then I was told they had a change in their software etc etc. My bank has had trouble getting back my money as well. DH
