I have recently moved from GA to TX and yet again, I had the WORST experience with the marketplace. Spent HOURS on the phone with customer service on THREE different occasions starting in June and was LIED to EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! This is our LIVES people and without coverage, we are just hanging out there. I was promised in June that ALL was taken care of and all I had to do was download my GA cancellation notice when I received for a 7/1/19 effective date. When I logged on to download, I saw that NOTHING was done regarding my TX plan as promised and NOW I had to do EVERYTHING over for a THIRD time and won't have coverage effective until 8/1/19. EVERY customer service rep I spoke with was just like OH WELL??? It is what it is. What a joke! Seriously. The WORST program EVER!!!
