peI have called several times covd people are not there working remotely but not answering. working then today it says its training day. Customer service is closed truly poor service. cleaned it several times with vinegar still does not consistantly produce much steam. I also work so when I leave messages reach out i except some form of customer care. I also own an iron and over time the entire cord changed color and looks grungy Not what I expect when I pay more based on the reputation of your company. User's recommendation: perhaps reconsider.
